BTW, first run in Safe Mode With Network still not work(Ver 1.8.4.9, Win XP Pro), even it prompt it will run in application mode, but nothing happened. Another similar program Remote Support System, by contrast, do this perfectly.

I found a file WebGetS.exe always been package into the customer modules regardless the settings, what is it? And KIS 6 of Kaspersky treat it as a risk software, why? How can get rid of it?
