Does the UltraVNC viewer support rotating the screen?

I'd like to rotate the remote screen I'm viewing either clockwise or counterclockwise - I'm looking at a mobile screen.

I've seen at least one utility written in C# that allowed you to do this (was called ORIENTATION property). But I don't ...
