Hi,

I am having a problem where instandsupport.exe is failing IE9 security checks, making it very hard for users to run. when choosing run the file from our website IE9 will download it but then advise the user to delete it as "This program is not commonly downloaded and could harm your computer ...

The Issue is POSReady 2009 (which is version windows embedded) previously had no issues with file transfer using that OS

Maybe i have acidently left some files over from 3.1, i will re build it with a fresh copy and see if i still have a problem.

Hi, I just recently switched from SC to chunk, i started using ver 3.1 but i thought i would switch over to 3.2, however since doing so the file transfer function doesn't work within vnc viewer any more.

I just wondered if there is a way to enable it in 3.2 version?
