Why do I get a "no encryption" notification?

Hi!

How come I get a notification that my connection is not encrypted?
I successfully configured the dsm plugin and distributed the pub-keys.

old plugins
On initial startup, encryption is not active
The rfb version info is recv unencrypted and get activated after the viewer recv the passwd request

New plugins
Activate it from start
The rfb version info is encrypted

The initial message can tell (no encryption) if it isn't activated yet, this change later.
