Never mind, I found the prob. The customer had that port blocked for outgoing connections.

I have troubles connecting from my customer's PC to the viewer. The viewer is running on the computer which is behind a firewall/router. On the router I'm forwarding connections to the TCP port 5507 to the computer that runs the viewer.
