I experience the same excact behaviour.

Moreover, when the PCHelpware_server.exe is built on an XP machine, the icon is missing, when the resulting executable is put on a Vista machine.

Instead, Vista's generic executable icon is shown.

I suspect, that ReplaceIcon.exe is simply too old for making ...
