How do I configure/use the remote start option? I can't find any instructions in the manual.

Some, but not all, of my Vista clients are getting a "Critical files are missing" error when trying to run my OneClick. Any suggestions?

I've just installed v1.8.8.3 (clean install), and when I say "Yes" to "Do you want to use the same settings you used last time?" (after a succesful build) nothing seems to happen. Running Task Manager shows that Creator.exe is still running and using around 50% of the CPU. Any ideas?

I am also having connection issues with 1.8.7.1 while testing it on my local network from a Vista machine.

I finally found a Vista machine it would have problems on using a Service mode module. Should have it fixed shortly now that I can duplicate it.

Going to fix the wallpaper restore as well ...

However, in my LAN tests, the new module doesn't contact my support machine when run from a Vista machine. It works fine on XP. Older modules work fine...just tried it.

It doesn't look for Goodbye.vbs in v1.8.7.0, it looks for OneClick.vbs. Send me your customer module so I can do some testing.

I reinstalled Windows Vista and now my Installation Code is slightly different (last digit is -3 from the old) and now my registration key doesn't work. Any thoughts?

"Stop Remote Support" causes my listener to crash (maybe because I'm using a beta?) unless I close the window fast enough. Can you add an option to add like a 5 second delay after clicking the "stop" icon before it actually stops?

Also, I'd like to see the "stop" icon appear in the Start menu as ...

Also, I compiled the module to ask about rebooting on uninstall, but it doesn't ask. Any ideas?

Just got mine, too! Maybe they saw our posts! It is a GREAT program, I hope they know that.

Has anyone heard from Advantig since their last post here? I paid for a OneClick registration a couple days ago via Paypal and have yet to receive my code. E-mails go unanswered and both of their sales numbers just ring & ring.

Anybody have any contact with them?
