thanks for your reply, unfortunately a restart exhibits the same behavior. i would think restarting the service would be sufficient...

Windows XP SP2, server and viewer versions 1.0.2. For some reason when UltraVNC is ran as a service with any plugin enabled (tried MSRC4, ARC4, and AESv2) the client just sits there on Connecting indefinately.

I have no issues connecting when the server is ran as a normal program, plugins work ...
