VNC viewer keeps crashing

Hi,

I'm using Ultra VNC view 1.0.9.6.1 under Win XP-SP-3 to connect to Windows Vista Ultra VNC Server 1.0.9.6.1 but the view keeps crashing.
What can I do to resolve this?
