Caution: I'm still new to UltraVNC myself!

To confirm: Have you configured the MS Logon groups that have access?

Only local admins have access by default so unless you have specfied the limited user account, or a group that account is a member of, it will not work.

Moving it to the feature request thread answers my question I suppose!

I wonder whether anyone can tell me whether there is a VNC client for the Intel Apple Macs that supports the use of the UltraVNC Repeater?

Perhaps a little more complex than using a DNS entry (see: [topic=12978]Autodiscover UltraVNC repeater using DNS[/topic]) for UltraVNC repeater discovery but maybe a little more flexible and secure.

It would be useful if the UltraVNC client was configured to look for a repeater using a DNS entry.

For example:

If a user wants to connect to computer1.domain.suffix then UltraVNC would do a DNS lookup for ultravncrepeater.domain.suffix.
