Hi all, I have been using SC with great success but today I found a user that could not connect to me because of his firewall.

I then decided that I should try to configure it to use port 443.

I configured my router to forward port 443 to my desktop internal lan ip.

Then I edited my helpdesk.txt ...

How can I make it so that at the end of a session, it launchs a webpage and takes the customer to my feedback form so they can leave feedback right after the support session?

Can anyone help with pointing me to the most recent perfect download that works on vista and does away with the UAC annoyance?
