If there is no 3rd party firewall installed or disabled temporarily, and Windows Firewall is also disabled temporarily, then everything happens super smooth.

for providing remote support to ur client outside ur lan+domain, there are many ways :

either :

u can forward a port 5901 or 5900 toward your computer's static IP, in ur router. also setup the same port in ur win firewall & in ur other 3rd party firewall. then have ur client do a reverse ...

i'm not sure if the following way will work or not, but most likely to work ...
its good that at least vpn is functional.
have/setup an uvnc repeater in ur net side, possibly in the sbs2k3 srvr.
have ur remotely located SC srvr to connect reverse-wise/outbound/back to ur repeater's (local IP ...

... just remembered another thing, may be another BUG or strange thing ... when i copied & renamed the "MSRC4Plugin_NoReg.dsm" file into "MSRC4Plugin.dsm" in the same folder as sc_generator.exe, everytime i created sc.exe, SCG always deleted the "MSRC4Plugin.dsm" file automatically without including ...

exactly same dsm, same rc4.key ... they are working in encrypted connection.
but i had to manually add them inside the SCG's sc.exe file ! why SCG is not putting them inside, thats the problem.

I obtained the "MSRC4Plugin_NoReg.dsm" from one of the older version that i found in the plugin creator ...

if it ignores any subfolder, then it should use the files in the main/same folder !
but its not including even those ! (thats why i placed them even in sub-folders to chk if SCG can catch them somehow).

i have made sure that dsm+key is inside main & all subfolders, And also selected "key" file from inside the Host entry double clik window. Then created exe, but it didn't include them ! I had to manually add those two files inside the sc.exe. After that my exe ...

I've opened sc.exe inside 7-zip to see its files, which was created with SCG, it did not include msrc4 plugin dsm file, neither the rc4.key file. So i've manually add ed those 2 files inside.

And removed the -t option from the command line of vnc-reflector, then re-started it.

After that, i'm ...

finally i was able to run the vncreflector executable in linux.
it was exiting, because of wrong codes in "hostsvrf" file :
it should have been this correction :
