looking at remote start instructions it says remote start call the custumer module. my next question is if i have a task sceduled lets say at 1am to launch the customer module will it reverse connect and give me the loggin screen at my helpdesk

Remote start, i have read that the option of remote start is in, but doesnt work properly on the non commercial version,

is there anyone that is using that feature that it works with,

i need to be able to remote start the app so that the remote computer will initiate the connect to my office ...

i want to use SC with [Direct] option, on pcs and servers that arr either locked, or logged off. is this possible with this application or if any one know of another.
