tried all that.. aero turned off.... used the caramel builder.. then tried the adventig product... same issue

Initially it was on... to we turned it off.. no change.. were using SC..

Any other ideas?

Hi Guys...
I am sure this has come up before, and ive had a good read and followed the help so far.. but i still occassionally have a vista machine that connects to me and i get the screen come up black for 15 seconds, then i see their desktop for a millisecond then it disconnects.
