This is probably a stupid question.. Well no question is stupid, but.... I am the viewer and the client would be the "single click" server.... Right? The single click installs the quick client server and I just view it? I'm just trying to get a better understanding. :)

I think I have this right.. my point is for a client to click on my help desk link and the singleclick thing starts on their side etc... I know I have it right there because I can see their desktop for about a half second.

I run the Viewer (listener mode) on my side correct?
