i didnt find "simple file sharing", but find out that uVNC client works from local machine.
after that i checked Inbound rules @ M$ Firewall and find 5900 port rule misconfigured. i corrected profile for rule and now it works.
seems it is file sharing yellow bar mean tricks.

i have enabled file share on windows 2008 server via yellow bar at network neighborhood. now uvnc doesnt connect. killing and starting uvnc service again did not helped
