Because we need the user to enter a session id to proxy thru the repeater since there are multiple people supporting end-users.
We also dont want each support engineer to have their own custom viewer.
The system works great now, except with the users wanting to put a password in when one is not ...

Could you put a switch to turn off the password dialog box. We've setup the server so that the user doesnt need to fill in the password box, but the box still shows, it just un-editable. It confuses the end-user, since they think they have to put something in that box.

Does the repeater have the ability to install as a service? It seems that since this would be installed on a Internet server, that it should be able to operate as as service.

SC is great - but been having some issues with some computers. Some computer are not very responsive or if an application dies, we dont see the error screen, but the user does. Once the application is killed, SC comes back to life. Does anyone have suggestion or pointers what might be happening ...
