Is there anyway to get around the Server running application?

I am now receiving the error that reads:

"Server closed connection"
"- The server running as application"

The repeater is now being updated on my VM (at a datacenter)

The VNCViewer (My office)

The HelpDesk.exe is running on another PC within the office (Different network than the VNC viewer though)

Repeater for Rel1.0.0 of PcHelpware
socket() initialized
bind() succeded to port 5900
listen() succeded
socket() initialized
bind() succeded to port 5500
listen() succeded
accept() connection
Reading Proxy settings erro


Still receiving the error, My repeater now reads: Listen port Viewer: 5900 ...

The setup I have:

Reaper is installed on a VM with settings of:

Enable Mode I -- Checked
Enable Mode II -- Checked
Restrict access to server port = 0

Listen Port Viewer: 5500
Listen Port Server: 5900


My Helpdesk.txt reads as follows:
