I use SSVNC on Debian with the option -listen to accept reverse connection from SC clients. This way the clients don't have to open any ports.

Correction... the problem in my previous test is that when SC expands winvnc.exe is run immediately so my winvnc.ini, added later, is obviously ignored. Apart from the problem of adding the .ini into the exe that Engrampa/Xarchiver are not able to do, I've tried first to add a winvnc.ini into the %tmp% dir where the SC expands, but or the option PollUnderCursor is wrong or the .ini name is wrong.

Let's put it in another way: is it possible to use a .ini file with SC? That would allow me to set
PollUnderCursor=1
