sc with Windows 7 and Vista extremely slow

we have built an sc application with Ultr@VNC 1.0.2 - Win32 - June 2006.

It works fine with windows xp and windows 2000.

What can we do to make it work fast with 7 and Vista, with these OS the application is extremly slow.

Is there a workaround in the newest version of uvnc?
Do I have to rebuild ...
