.ico Files Created By Renaming/Saving As .bmp Won't Work!

This needs to be included in the first few posts here:

Custom .ico files MUST be created with a proper Icon Editor tool for them to work in the compiler.

If you create a graphic in MS Paint, or other editor, and save it as .ico file, or rename a .bmp file as .ico, the file will not be recognized ...
