Re-installed using "run as administrator"

Even when running as a service?

Or do I need to re-install it using Run as administrator?

I have used UVNC for a long time on many machines no problem.

I just set it (uvnc server) up on a new Dell PC running Win7 Home Prem.

With only basic settings in the VNC server and a password, I can only connect to the server on Win7 if the firewall is completely disabled.
