Thanks, I have enough knowledge to set up FTP Server on every computer in the network. All my computers are already in corporate network.
I think requested feature - simple change between 3 modes (Full access, View and File transfer) and independent start of each mode will be convenient not only ...

I have slow DSL channels and not very fast computers.
So working in FileTransfer mode with active desktop window will slowdown work on remote computer.
