I thought of another HUGE reason as to why the Development group should be increased.

UVNC has the ability for Plugins. This is another MASSIVE benefit for the application.

Brinigng in more developers will most likely increase the number of possible plugins built for the application.

Definitely!
But it is not sure, whether the codebase will be "dropped" (of course not completely) and only some features "ported" to version 2.0. We could use RVNC 4.0 as the codebase then and keep our code relatively separate from it. So it's easy to move to another codebase lateron.
