What should the settings be for idle timeout of 4 minutes without any slow down?

I've set the values set as follows:

Idle Timeout Socket 240
Keepalive Interval: 5
Idle Timeout Input: 0

Wondering if this topic is still being moderated or followed? Has there been any fixes to this? I use v1.0.9.6.1, which loses the connection on logoff or switching users. 32 bit Windows XP SP3 is our platform of choice, yeah I know. Were working on it.

I'm having trouble with the UtlraVNC properties page popping up when I change the password daily and restart the service. These are my steps using a .NET console program.

1. Stop 'unvc_service'
2. Open C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\UltraVNC.ini

Has anyone been able to create a command line console application that takes in a clear text password and could return a UltraVNC.ini password (HEX?)? It would be nice if a daily password could be attached to uVNC, instead of having a fixed static one.
