UltraVNC

I have had UltraVnc Server installed on my computer before (dell inspiron 530 running windows 7 64bt). All of a sudden whenever I go into admin properties and try to change the password, options or anything else, it won't apply them. I hit apply but it does not grey out and the changes aren't there ...
