SERVER:
Observed bugs:
- server crash when Hostname in pchelpwareS.ini is longer than 33 characters
- strings (baloon0, splash1 and so one) is truncated after national characters (ex. "ą", "ł") - outside western code page
- string Balloon0 is ignored, oryginal text is used
