Free network usage when Ultr@VNC window minimized

A handy feature of Windows Remote Desktop Connection (RDC), is that when you minimize the window, no more network traffic is used. In other words, since the view window isn't visible, there's no need to keep transferring screenshots, mouse or keyboard inputs.

Would this be difficult to do? I notice ...
