any chance you could give a quick run-through of how this is hosted?
I'd like to test it on my site. Do the source files need to be on the web server for this to work or do I need to configure some things?

Guess not. Boy I'd figure this would be an in-demand option, no? How are you guys using SC??? I'm a pc/networking tech with 20-30 service calls a week. This is my most important project. Is this not an important aspect of the business? What are people using SC for?

Definately. If i have a tech who is on the road and a client calls him for help, he could be able to browse to our site, and run a small viewer with a script that pops up and asks for an ID. This would then connect to our repeater which our client would be connecting to with SC. BEEN LOOKING FOR ...

Script to make viewer "single-click" for repeater
Since vncviewer has command line options, can a script be written to ask for an ID and automate a repeater connection ?
This would be ideal when using SC and a support tech has to make a connection via repeater.
Instead of running viewer and manually entering repeater address::port and ID ...

SC client ~ internet ~ router ~ repeater ~ vncviewer workstation
Using SC with ID prompt, repeater on my lan & viewer on multiple workstations.

tech gives client their ID ####
client runs SC & enters ID
tech opens viewer
tech enters proxy "Repeater_IP:port"
tech enters ...

This sounds like a good idea. Almost a solution to my inquiry of having a queue for the tech end....
More than that, it would create automation for "un-inclined" helpdesk personnel who just need to give support with a minimal amount of configuration to connect... just a session identifier.
