Toggle Remote Input and Remote Blank Monitor doesn't work on Windows8 properly.

I have installed UltraVNC server on Win8 x64 and client (viewer) on Win7 x64
1. The option 'Enable Blank Monitor on Viewer Request' has no effect on server mashine, all remains not blanked if I toggle correspondent ...
