One thing I didn't mention but should have, is that what I need help with is the .exe. I've seen multiple documents on how to configure the helpdesk.txt (which I have done) but I haven't found how to create the .exe so I can put it on my website.

I'm having a bit of trouble. I'm trying to set the SC on my site, but I have obviously goofed up. I'm a network consultant, and I'm trying to be able to have clients go to my site, click on a link (say, SUPPORT, for example) and have that initiate the connection.
