UltraVNC

I copied the rc4.key to the system32 folder and it worked. The problem i'm having now is that when I start up the viewer and choose the plugin and connect I get the error unable to locate plugin and dsmplugin cannot be configured. HELP!!!

I renamed the key and its in the same directory were ultra vnc was installed, but when it never finds the key even though it's in the same directory. Please help!!!
