If you configure the file to be DIRECT, it will not require the user to 'double click' on the .exe file, and then 'double click' on the name of the support person you wish to connect to, assuming there is more than one. They would only have to double click on the .exe file on the desktop, which ...

So far everything I see indicates that "Single Click" UltraVNC really takes two clicks to get it going...

Click #1) Launch it from Explorer or from Desktop icon

Click #2) Click one of the preconfigured help sites

So, I guess it should be named "Double Click" UltraVNC, or DC!

To get a true Single ...
