Yes. I running InstantSupport on the XP,VISTA.
BUT, in Windows 7 Proffesional InstantSupport don't work.(Work only as service).

This problem i have on ALL COMPUTERS with Windows 7 PROFESSIONAL x64.

No connection to the client. In a router ports was forwarding(5109 and 443 port)...
I have "white" static ip,router Asus wl520Gc.

What's the problem?
