If we open filetransfer and user is not logged in, we get "> WARNING: File Transfer is Disabled on the Remote Machine" [...]

I get the same message if there are two logged-in users of which one one session is active & accessed/controlled with VNC-Viewer -> FileTransfer in the active session ...

The viewer display scrollbars indicate a bigger viewerwindow , while it should stay the same.

I've seen scrollbars appearing (viewer window) which shouldn't be there but never had the time to determine the cause. From the gut I would have claimed that happens when the viewer connection is ...

I had a closer look at the three options to toggle between window- and fullscreen-mode:
a) double-click title bar
b) maximize-button (title bar: 2nd button from the right)
c) shortcut CTRL+ALT+F12

Test-procedure: start viewer session, move viewer window, switch from window- to fullscreen-mode with ...

Addendum: Bug (1) is (only) fixed if the switch between window- and fullscreen-mode is initiated using double-click on the title-bar ... it is NOT fixed if "maximize" button (title bar: second button from the right) or shortcut CTRL+ALT+F12 is used.

Had a look at "vncviewer 10.0.19041.0 SDK DPI per Monitor2 SavePosPatch.exe":
Guess I can't test the DPI-Awareness changes (only single-Monitor with 4k resolution and 150% scaling), but the SavePos=1 changes fixed the following two bugs (of v1.3.3-dev10/2021-05-16):

1) [with SavePos=1 & SaveSize=1 ...

1) no remote cursor upon (viewer-)connect => fixed in v1.3.3.0-dev5
2) uvnc_service @Win10: ddengine not used after PowerOn/Reboot => fixed in v1.3.3.0-dev5 (Post server reboot/powerup the first viewer connect sometimes uses schook instead of ddengine but on all subsequent viewer connects ddengine ...

Looks like the test-build is based on the older "v1.3.3.0-dev2"? Can you please re-apply the fix (and perhaps others from above?) to v1.3.3.0-dev3 / current development and upload x86/x64 binaries ...

Using your viewer-package with server v3.3.3.0-dev3 @win10 x64...conections established one after the other in the following order (did this two times to be sure):
1) vncviewer_131.exe -> no remote cursor upon connect* ; weird cursor problem exists
2) vncviewer_132.exe -> no remote cursor upon ...

Additional findings to my previous post:
1) Somehow I managed to kill the remote cursor: using ZRLE it is simply gone (only small, hardly visible, local rectangle); switching to u2 cursor shows up, going back to ZRLE cursor vanish. (not sure, but this started after putting remote PC to sleep + wake ...

next test: updated the server-side on one pc to v3.3.3.0-dev3 @win10 x64 + using viewer v3.3.3.0-dev3
- not sure, but first impression: overall performance seems much better (than viewer v3.3.3.0-dev3 + server v1.2.2.4b/v1.2.4.0)
