If caps lock is on at the host it will require you to enter the password in reverse case, ie, REVERSECASE=reversecase

I found using the older version of the dsm no_reg with my rc4 key solved the problem. If you look at the vnc server while this is happening it shows a cleint active, and will not accept a second clent until the failed connection times out, or the client is manually removed from the connect list at ...
