So I have the "[DIRECT]" format correct then?

As for the password, I'm using "123" to test at the moment, so yes a password is being used.

Ok I've changed:
-connect (IP address):5500 -passwd (passwd)

to:
-connect (IP address):5500 -passwd (passwd) [DIRECT]

Then rebuilt the server and in testing it still required the user to hit the connect button.

I then tried:
-connect (IP address):5500 -passwd (passwd)
[DIRECT]

And rebuilt the ...

Run server on a remote pc WITHOUT having to push connect?

Is it possible? Would make my life as admin quite a bit easier at times.

Where I stand:
I configured "PcHelpWare_server.exe" so it's "helpdesk.txt" only contains:
-connect (IP address):5500 -passwd (passwd)

Only thing keeping it from connecting is the remote users step requiring the "connect ...
