I agree. That would be a really nice option. At least there should be an admin password protection of the server options except maybe the 'Query on incoming connection' option that should have a user password, so the admin can't access the computer without a user authorization.

Localization would be nice to spread Ultr@VNC. If there is an easy way to do it, I could help with Spanish, but don't make me recompile or translate strings inside source code, please!!

I think it would be nice the popup balloon or something similar, so the users can see if someone has connected. Even another balloon on disconnecting.

A flashing icon all the time would consume bandwith and is unnecesary if the user gets notified by the ballons and the icon color change.
