I am trying to get PCHelpware working again. It was working beautifully for about two years then for some reason gave up the ghost. I cant find any other service that may be affecting it as was the problem in the past.

did you get an answer? The same thing is happening to me as well. I had everything running beautifully on the repeater and it was connecting ect then it stopped. What the??? And now I get the same messages as you are getting

would "Sending hostname and cpu info" have any effect? I mean if you create the viewer and server on one machine then you would assume that once you transfer it to another machine the problem might be that the cpu info it is sending is the cpu info from the original machine. Would that be correct ...
