On a related note, I'm finding that when I copy a directory, that sometimes the files don't get transferred. I'm overwriting a directory and it looks like some files were deleted but not copied over. It's quite annoying as I have to repeat the copy procedure a second time. There was no error, it ...

Having to click through the hierarchy is a real nuisance, there must be some way that I don't have to do all this clicking. Has anyone else had this issue? A command line utility would be great or as a second (less liked) option even to get it to remember my last local/remote directory locations and ...
