Use another port the 5900, this usual already solve a lot of issue's.

Yes, It worked by changing the por. Previous error was in the router configuration.

There was no point in changing the port. I changed from 5900 to 2000 or 59000, the same happens. I changed the public IP and the problem also continued.
Using UltraVNC Viewer in -listen mode popup windows popup negotiating protocol appears, crashes and terminates.

when I use UltraVNC Viewer in listening mode a number of unknown IPs try to connect crashing the app. I couldn't solve it via firewall. Using UltraVNC Server the problem does not occur and it generates a log with the IPs

FileTransfer when a file is open or a directory will be transferred the program hangs and only ending.

To do this change the options.vnc of the vncviewer runable folder
vncviewer listening mode
right button - menu - new conecction show options
change the options according to your preferences
save as - save as options.vnc in the runable folder
