When connecting ultravnc viewer, all settings are set to Full Color.

Running with the same settings, only 1 out of 16 PCs comes out similar to the 4-gray image.

I had this problem before, but after using it, it suddenly came back to full color at some point.

I connect several things from my PC through UltraVNC, but if I connect only one of them, it comes out as a black and white screen.
The version used is 1.2.1.6.
Will it disappear if I update the version?

I wonder how I can solve it.
