The window with the remote PC via UltraVNC flickers when the mouse moves.
This happens more intensely if the window is on a second monitor.

When using UltraVNC with a window containing remote access, when moving the mouse over that window, the window's display flickers when the mouse moves. This happens if the window is on a second monitor.
