Viewer: How can I get the AutoScaling option set by default

Post by UltraSam »

We often get this question concerning various options available in vncviewer.

The solution is to save your settings into a .vnc file.

Once the viewer is run and connected with all your favorite options (Server HostName, password, Scaling, Color Depth, Encoding, DSM plugin and so on...):

Hit CTRL-ALT-F5, choose a name for your .vnc file, then save it, on your desktop, for instance.
(You can also right-click on the viewer's title bar then select "Save Connection info as")

Then, next time you want to connect to the same server using the same settings, simply double-click on your .VNC file.
You can of course create as many .vnc files as you need.

Hello,

OK, this is correct.
But what should we do, if we use more than 500 computers and that's impossible to save every connection files to the desktop?
Isn't there an option to check the auto scale for every new connection too?

Thanks for the answer.
