Question about Viewer Changes server based?

Good morning, after the installation of the UltraVNC 1.2.3.0 RC I checked the list of modification
in the new version and I noticed this:

-Viewer changes
*settings are now server based

but I did not understand it clearly: is it just related to the fact that the settings are now organized in tab like for the server or that the modification I do here have an effect server side?

You enter server A
set encoder, repeater port
and press save
You enter server B
set encoder, scale to window
and press save

Next time you select server a server, the viewer reload the "viewer settings" saved for this server.

Viewer settings are saved on server base... don't now how to say it in a easy way.
