Log users connections only

Post by Jerome_D »

Hi,
I want to log access to our servers via UltraVNC.
I saw in the documentation that it was possible to activate, in the .ini configuration file, the 'DebugMode' parameter, with a value of '2', in order to generate traces in the 'winvnc.log' file.
I also put the 'DebugLevel' parameter in order to save the minimum information (value = 1).
And so it works. I can clearly see in the traces when my users connect.
On the other hand, even with a 'DebugLevel' value of '1', it generates too many logs for me. After a few minutes of connection, the file is already several megabytes.
Is there a solution to further reduce the information recorded, or a way to filter the information that we want to record in the log?
I would also like to know if it is possible to manage a maximum size for the log file. Or organize a rotation of the logs, just to be able to delete the oldest files.
Thank you for your feedback on the subject.
