UltraVNC SC Online Creator doesn`t work?

Greetings!
Does UltraVNC SC Online Creator service work?

I can`t create .exe file at this page, every section doesn`t work, page just make refresh:

But I can do it here:
https://uvnc.com/pchelpware/sc/creator.html

Does anybody know why?

PS want to use "May 2018 win10" version...

PS SC Online Creator main page doesn`t redirect to "direct link" still... I test in Mozilla, Chrome, Edge. Maybe it`s problem with my network.

Oh, i find that redirect doesn`t work if you go to the "Products"->"Single Click"->"UltraVNC SC Online Creator " which follow "https://uvnc.com/products/uvnc-sc/78-ul ... eator.html"

And it work fine, if you go to the "Downloads"->"Single Click"->"Single Click (SC)" which follow "https://uvnc.com/downloads/single-click ... loads.html"
