Hello VNC team,
Does someone can help to solve the problem that we are facing.
We have a computer that we use as server and another as remote using ultra VNC, we just changed the hard driver on the server computer and installed new Ultra VNC, we noticed that on the remote we can see the server desktop and the mouse working but if we try to open the program that we are trying to control remotely the mouse stops working and we can do anymore change on the program.
The version used first was 1.1.9 x86, then we upgraded to 1.3.4 x64 now we just tried 1.4.35 x64 but it is still same.
Your assistance will be appreciated.

If you are running vnc as application you can only control programs started with the same security level.
As soon as you open a high security app, the input is locked.
Sample opening Taskmgr ot any program that popup the UAC will block the input.
-Run winvnc with runas admin -> we have the same level of security
-Run vnc as service, then you also have the higher security level.
-You can also lower UAC, not recommended
This how the OS use UAC to protect the programs.
As soon as you open a high security app, the input is locked.
