UltraVNC Server computers stop letting us connect

We have a problem were a few of our UltraVNC Server computers stop letting us connect remotely. This happens two or three times a day. If we do a full shutdown of the server computer, then power it back on, it will work again for a while. The other way I can fix it temporarily[, is to go into task manager and restart the VNC Server process. Can you please tell me why this keeps happening and how to fix it? When I try searching online for a fix all the forums I find are from between 2015 to 2018 and only discuss how to do things in older versions of UltraVNC. I could really use some help with this.

What is operating system ??
Check NIC sleep setting..
