Hi!
Have installed ultra VNC on several computers in the same local network. Three of the computers are identically similar (Windows 7).
Two of the computers I can reach both locally and externally (ie no problems).
But the third computer can't even be accessed locally with ultra VNC.
No problem pinging that computer, so there shouldn't be a problem with the network.
Moved these about 6 months ago from another network with a different router. Then ultra VNC worked on all computers.
Right now I have no idea what the problem could be and how it can be solved.
Is the router used when the call is made locally?
Can ultra vnc be tested somehow?

Problem connecting specific PC
Re: Problem connecting specific PC
Any suggestions on what could be wrong?
It didn't seem to be a problem to connect from this computer to another computer with ultra VNC.

Re: Problem connecting specific PC
Is the firewall blocking it? Try turning the firewall off and then see if it connects. If it does turn the firewall back on and open a port in the firewall for it to work.
Is the Antivirus blocking it? Try turning the Antivirus off and then see if it connects. If it does turn the Antivirus back on and add UVNC to the exclusions.

Re: Problem connecting specific PC
Hi! (Thank you!)
Messed around for some time with various tests. (with other configurations / switching to another computer that worked with a different IP, etc.
Finally I was able to reach the desired computer.
Don't know what became the final working solution, but now it works.
Now I try to connect to another computer on another network with another router.
(I have another computer as work with uVNC on this network) But, now I have problem (again) to conect uVNC to a "new" computer (Win10 pro) on this network. It is possible to ping the computer. (and I have disabled the firewalls - but not on the install!)
Is it possible to know what as failed? (Computer 1 Viewer) Router (Computer 2 Server)
Do I need the router to connect to the computer on the same LAN? (doesn't matter if the router is misconfigured?)
Would connecting via a repeater be easier to manage?
